Koichi and Rohan later stumble across the mysterious Ghost Alley, where they meet the ghosts of Reimi Sugimoto and her dog Arnold They learn that Reimi and Arnold were murdered a decade ago by a serial killer who is still lurking in Morioh. After Keicho and Okuyasu are defeated, Keicho is killed by the Stand Red Hot Chili Pepper, which takes the Bow and Arrow. When Josuke heals Koichi with Crazy Diamond, he develops a Stand, Echoes.
